Terms of service
Ubriot terms of service
These terms govern use of Ubriot, hosted mobile release infrastructure for React Native and Expo teams. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 2 August 2026.
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ubriot, its websites, dashboard, CLI, and APIs (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
Ubriot is hosted mobile release infrastructure for React Native and Expo teams. It builds iOS and Android apps, signs them, submits to TestFlight and Google Play when you ask it to, ships over-the-air updates, sends push notifications when configured, and provides release intelligence that helps diagnose build failures and flag risky releases. The Service is delivered as a cloud product. Ubriot is not self-hosted; a dedicated enterprise cloud may be offered under a separate agreement. Features change over time as the product develops.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You are responsible for the actions of your team members and anyone you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. A trial may require card verification with a small charge that is refunded. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your card is charged. Fees are stated on the pricing page and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. Build and delivery capacity is offered on a fair-use basis for real app teams and may not be resold or operated as a general build farm. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not apply to a period already paid for.
Your content and credentials
You retain ownership of your apps, source, artifacts, and content. You grant Ubriot the limited rights needed to process that content and your credentials (such as signing certificates and store API keys) solely to run the release workflows you request. Credentials are stored encrypted and used only to perform work you initiate. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you submit.
Third-party stores and accounts
Ubriot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple or Google. You are responsible for your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts and for complying with their agreements and review policies. Whether a build is accepted, distributed, or removed is decided by those stores, not by Ubriot.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, ship malware, abuse or overload build and delivery resources, resell capacity as a build farm, probe or breach security, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that put the Service, its users, or third parties at risk.
Release intelligence and AI
Ubriot's AI features are informational. They help diagnose failures and surface risk, but they do not decide for you and do not guarantee that a build will pass store review, is free of defects, or is safe to release. You remain responsible for your release decisions.
Availability
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features.
Intellectual property
Ubriot and its software, brand, and content are owned by Ubriot and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Nothing here transfers ownership of the platform to you.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app or at ubriot.dev/account/delete. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Ubriot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or store outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
